Overview
The high-efficiency composite fine crusher is a new type of pre grinding equipment independently developed by our engineering and technical personnel after years of research and practice. It has the advantages of high efficiency, fine crushing effect, saving wear-resistant materials, and energy saving, and is widely used in fields such as cement, mining, refractory materials, etc. The pre crushing effect for cement clinker is more ideal. II. Structure and Working Principle
1. The host is divided into three parts: the upper part is the feeding and air circulation assembly, with a novel and unique structure. There is a stacking pool in the feeding section to prevent the wear of the feeding drum during stacking. The vortex type internal circulation air creates negative pressure at the inlet to prevent dust; The middle part is first level broken. The high kinetic energy impeller throws the material onto the counterattack plate, causing it to collide and break into pieces, forming a material flow that causes the materials to collide and rub against each other until they are finely crushed. The crushing chamber is equipped with a screening system, and fine powder flows into the discharge port through the sieve plate under the action of wind; The lower part is the rolling zone, where the coarse and fine materials have been separated through the first level of fine crushing. After the fine materials are removed, the coarse materials flow into the rolling chamber, and under the action of the driving roller, the coarse materials are squeezed and crushed for secondary crushing. The final material is discharged through the discharge chute. The internal circulation composite crushing structure ensures the fine particle size of the material. High energy impeller throwing replaces hammer type cutting and crushing, thus saving wear-resistant materials.
2. The hydraulic station consists of two sets of motor oil pump groups. One unit is 4 liters per minute, and the other is 2.5 liters per minute, with 4 liters per minute being the return oil pump and 2.5 liters per minute being the supply oil pump. The system is lubricated with thin oil for machine oil No. 32, lubricating four sets of bearings from top to bottom and generating a large amount of heat. The pressure is very low, about one atmosphere.
3. The electrical control cabinet controls and protects the operation of the equipment. Equipped with a voltage reducing starter, motor overload protector, lubrication oil cut-off bell alarm, etc.
